7:30 am - Volunteers arrive at Lions Bay Marina for setup
8:00 am - Athletes arrive at Lions Bay Marina
8:30 am - Boat arrives
9:00 am - Boat leaves the dock
9:45 am - First warmup starts
10:30 am - Slack tide, first competitor's dive
12:30 pm - Boat returns to marina
Lanyards will be required.
Parking will be extremely tight at the marina so carpool where possible and park only in the upper lot.
