Call to Order
This meeting was held at The Watersports Exchange dive store in Vancouver following the conclusion of the AGM. Kirk Krack chaired the meeting and Tom Lightfoot took minutes. The meeting was called to order at 8:31.
Executive Positions
The recently elected executive members agreed to the following roles:

Kirk reminded Eric that he should take a more active role as Vice President this year. As Treasurer, Mandy would remain in charge of the membership list, the freedivecanada email list, and the accounting. As Secretary, Tom would be in charge of keeping meeting minutes and updating the freedivecanada web site. Kirk would make up written job descriptions for the executive positions.
Insurance
Kirk will supply all of the required information to Johnson Meyer Insurance so that they could broker a policy from AllSport Insurance.
Bylaws
Kirk will send the bylaws document to Tom so that he can put them up on the web site. The bylaws and web page are to be updated with the new membership types and fees.
Rules for Records and Competitions
Kirk and Eric will work together to draft a set of rules and safety guidelines for record attempts and competitions. Perhaps rules would be made for team competitions as well.
Web Page
The upcoming competitions page is to show that competitions are open to CAFA Competitive members only.
All action items are to be completed by the next Executive Meeting, to be held on September 5, 2001.
